Howard W. Mann

Howard W. Mann

CEO & Founder

A prolific entrepreneur, Howard Mann is the founder of Alternate Health and the Co-Founder of DC Netcast Media Group Inc. Making a name for himself in online business and technology, Howard has developed numerous annuity-based membership platforms, social networks, television and video production, animation and merchandising, branding and direct marketing projects.

Howard is a keen investor and developer of entertainment and media assets, having launched innovative projects ranging from social media and gaming to developing, licensing and syndicating various pay-per-view programs and DVD, magazine and related multi-media properties.

As a pioneer in the online gambling industry, Howard operated, managed and divested an early stage software and licensing firm that grew to a tremendous success internationally. Howard is the former Director of New Business Development for World Gaming PLC, and the former Director of Product Development and Marketing for PlayStar PLC. Howard has also made numerous appearances as a commenter and correspondent on a variety of news media programs.

Howard holds a diploma in computer science from Sir Sanford Fleming College in Ontario, Canada.

Chris Boling

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Boling has over 20 years of experience working in roles of senior financial leadership for global publicly traded firms such as Textron and Pirelli S.p.A. where he held the positions Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Director of Accounting, and Business Unit Controller.

Mr. Boling joined Alternate Health in September 2017 as the Vice President of Finance where he worked to consolidate financial operations in San Antonio Texas. On 25 January 2018, Mr. Boling was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Alternate Health, Mr. Boling spent the last 5 years working at the CFO level for high-growth technology companies in the additive manufacturing and solar energy industries. In these roles, he was responsible for establishing U.S. operations, managing a $250M credit facility, and preparing a public debt offering.

Mr. Boling holds a B.B.A in Accounting and has a Master’s of Business Administration. Mr. Boling is also a graduate of Pirelli’s senior leadership program at the University of Bocconi and holds a Certified Public Accountant license in the State of Georgia. In addition, he holds several professional certifications in IFRS, Six-Sigma, and project management.

Mr. Boling currently lives in Round Rock Texas with his wife and three children.

Stephen Bugbee

Senior Vice President of Technology

Stephen Bugbee is a technology consultant who specializes in sales, marketing, business development, management and operations in the technology sector. His proven track record in taking companies to profitability is second to none. Stephen initially worked with many large brands in the entertainment space at the inception of the Internet assisting companies like Carsey Werner, King World and the Coca Cola Company to embrace early rich media technologies. This was followed by helping Digital Island acquire Softaware, Sandpiper Networks and Exodus prior to preparing the company for the Cable and Wireless acquisition. For the past 15+ years Stephen has helped many companies reach heightened profitability by utilizing his experience and skill-set to Director manage and drive revenue.

Scott began his career as an editor with Reed Business Information in digital strategy for the company’s trade publications. Scott left publishing to start his own communication consultancy, advising both public and private sector clients, including the Ontario Ministry of Transportation.

He has since focused on strengthening shareholder value and company reputation, first as PR Manager with DC Netcast Media Group and recently as Investor Relations and Communications Manager with Alternate Health Corp. Scott holds a B.A. with honors in Economics and Political Science from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and a diploma in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Centennial College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
